Three ways to own a look

One admired look can become an authenticated original, a premium designer interpretation, or an accessible version designed around your budget. These are ORA's three core product categories — proposed, and shown here as the blueprint describes them.

ORA Originals

The real garment

The premium, most newsworthy part of ORA: the actual garment, offered by its legitimate owner or an authorised representative.

  • The owner or representative submits the garment to ORA.
  • Ownership, authority to sell and provenance are confirmed.
  • The garment is documented with photographs and a condition report.
  • The owner chooses the sale arrangement — auction or fixed price.
  • The listing explains the garment's known history and any limits in its provenance.
  • Any agreed charitable contribution is accounted for after the sale.
ORA Reimagined

The creative interpretation

A participating designer studies the reference look and creates a new garment — interpreting its silhouette, colour palette, fabric story or overall aesthetic. It is not a copy and never presented as the original.

You see a striking red-carpet gown. A designer creates a new piece that carries its drama in a way that suits your body, your event and your budget. You buy that newly designed garment through ORA.

ORA Accessible

A look within reach

ORA Accessible asks a different question: how do we capture the spirit of this look at a price you can afford? A designer or production partner creates a more affordable interpretation — simpler construction, appropriate materials — that is still attractive, wearable and clearly described.
